This trip we ran the Middle Eagle River twice -- not much there at this level besides the Campground Rapid. The Lower Eagle, however, was great -- there was a lot of play at this level (~2,000 cfs). The corner wave (quarter mile above the military bridge) was pretty sweet, and there was just enough water in the bridge hole to throw some ends.
I was psyched to get some cartwheels -- none close to vertical, but it was big fun anyways. First day that I was there with Brian we spent over 45 minutes playing, and then another hour with Chris a few days later.
After coming back home, we still hoped to dry some of our gear before paddling the next day :)
